They are eager to explore the financial services landscape and use design to simplify complex systems and processes, making abstract future-based financial projections concrete and compelling for users.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio of UX/UI work or relevant design projects (academic or personal) is highly recommended.

Main Accountabilities:
• Assist in designing user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Help gather and apply feedback to iterate on design solutions.
