Description
To ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Retail store environment
Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2-years relevant experience in a store environment
- 1-year experience at supervisory level will be an advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Manage and Develop personnel
- Manage budget in the warehouse environment
- Manage sales in the warehouse environment
- Manage stock control in the warehouse environment
- General administration
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Good knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range
- Computer literacy (MS Office and job-related programs)
- POS knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- Drivers licence (code 08)
